Some HACSB Offices Now Open for In-Person Appointments

The Victorville Housing Programs Office and the Maplewood Homes Affordable Housing Community in San Bernardino are now open for in-person appointments for households designated to either of these offices. 

Please note, face coverings will be required for in-person service.

Appointments take place during the regular 9:00 – 4:00 p.m. hours of operation, Monday – Thursday, and every other Friday. The last appointment will be no later than 3:30 p.m. For an appointment with the respective offices, please call:

Please note, this office assists voucher households in any of the following areas: Adelanto, Apple Valley, Baker, Barstow, Big Bear, Cedar Glen, Crestline, Daggett, Green Valley Lake, Helendale, Hesperia, Hinkley, Joshua Tree, Lucerne Valley, Morongo Valley, Oro Grande, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Sugar Loaf, 29 Palms, Twin Peaks, Victorville, Wrightwood, Yermo, and Yucca Valley.

 

Maplewood Homes Affordable Housing Community: (909) 890-5350

Appointment location: 1738 West 9th Street | San Bernardino, CA 92411

Please note, this office assists the affordable housing residents living at this specific housing community and the various scattered housing sites.  Voucher program households cannot be assisted at this location and should call (909) 890-9533 for assistance by phone.

 

HACSB staff continues to be available via phone and email to assist all customers.  Also please access the agency’s website and the various online portals for online applications and additional information.  

As other HACSB offices open for in-person appointments, updates will be posted to the agency’s website.

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB) continues to monitor and follow the guidance provided by the State of California, the County of San Bernardino’s Public Health Department, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to address the impact of the potential spread of the coronavirus “COVID-19”. 

All of our agency lobbies and property management offices will continue to be closed to the public until further notice.  All non-urgent, non-emergency work orders and housing quality standards inspections are also postponed until further notice.

Our top priority is the safety of our residents, staff, and communities we serve.  As a local public agency, HACSB performs “essential governmental functions”, as such our agency staff will continue to be available via phone, email, and the online portals. 

Because we anticipate a higher than normal call volume, we respectfully ask for your patience as we work on answering and returning all calls.  We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience during this time.

Housing authorities cannot provide advice as to whether the Public Charge Rule or applications for, or current receipt of, housing assistance will impact an individual’s current or future immigration status.
